They were doing well in offline and had an established community, but they were struggling to grow their online sales.
The Plan
Since B.J is a niche sport and the client already had an established offline community, the goal was to build an email list and create an ad sequence that both generated leads and converted.
The Implementation
First step was to identify the best-selling item and create conversion ads for the item. We then created a small sequence promoting the 2nd and 3rd most sold items. Having the sequence validated, we created a client acquisition funnel to generate sales on auto-pilot.
Final Results
100% growth in revenue during the first 3 months from €25k to €50k, return on ad spent of 30x during a 3-month period, increased AOV by 27%, doubled the return customer rate to 41.23%
